The course is suitable for anyone who handles personal information in a care environment. The Data Protection Act applies to any business or individual and there can therefore be severe penalties if the legislation is not complied with.
2 Putting it Into Practice
You are given the chance to review all your answers at the end of each module before final submission. You will be given 3 attempts at each module to achieve a pass rate of 70%.
